So how does it work?

Unlike a regular, in-person Summit, the Online Teacher Summit gives you flexibility of watching presentations on demand (we pre-record them) and join only for daily live sessions for coaching and connection with the peers. On day 3 there's a live Q&A as well, where you can ask any of the speakers questions.

If you can't make to live presentations, you can watch the recordings later. They will be between 1-1.5 hrs long.

Every day of the Summit you will receive an email with a quick summary of the day and the links to check out pre-recorded sessions or join the live session. The live session is usually the highlight of the Summit.

The area where all the recordings are stored works like an online course: you can choose any presentation you want and ask questions in the comment section. You have unlimited lifetime access to all the materials.

For your convenience, there's a printable schedule of the Summit so you can choose which sessions to watch first. You can watch all the sessions, but it's best to start with the ones that resonate the most and drop the guilt for not completing "everything" -- there's nobody here to grade you!

Is this event mainly for language teachers, coaches and creators?

Yes, most of the content is delivered with language teachers, coaches and creators in mind. We will be talking about the challenges within the industry of online language teaching/learning so if you are not familiar with it, it may be harder to relate.

Can this qualify as professional development for language teachers?

No, this event is for language teachers who want to build their businesses online, not improve their language teaching skills.

What is a "hot seat" coaching session?

A hot-seat is a live mini-coaching session where Elena Mutonono will coach 3 online language teachers participating in the Online Teacher Summit 2023. Anybody can apply for a hot seat, and 3 teachers will be selected during the Summit. The hot seat will be done live for all who can make it in real time, and the recording will be available within 3 hours.

I can't join live! Can I access the recordings?

Yes! All presentations are pre-recorded and you get lifetime, unlimited access to these materials.

How long is each day of the summit?

Knowing the busy schedules of online teachers, we've made this Summit as manageable as possible. However, you will still want to dedicate a couple of hours each day to watch the sessions.

Each pre-recorded presentation is approximately 30 minutes long, and you can play it on a faster speed depending on your time constraints.

The live sessions are 60-90 minutes and the recordings are available within several hours after the event, and you can watch the recordings on faster speed.

Can I get a refund?

No. All sales are final and once you join, you get unlimited, lifetime access to all the materials.
