...do more things, be more productive, accomplish more in business and in life.
But the process of making time for what matters isn't easy.
If you're good at checking things off the list, carving out time for many activities, there's a voice in your head saying you're not doing enough. You feel like this productivity is sucking the life out of you.
If you easily get overwhelmed and freeze, the voice in your head says you're behind and will never catch up, so why try. You feel like you can never trust yourself to complete anything, so why start or even continue?
Conventional time management techniques tell you to buy a planner, the bigger the better, but none of them make you feel good. If you're a productive overachiever, that planner becomes your slave driver. If you're a procrastinator, your planner is empty, and it becomes your judge.
What if making time for things that matter has less to do with the doing and more with what we believe about ourselves when we complete things or when we skip? What if, instead of getting hard on ourselves, we try to understand and support our own struggle?
This is what this course is about.
delivered through Telegram with all the materials saved both on Telegram and here, for you to access. Receive 2 audio lessons a week (10-15 minutes each), get a tiny assignment and share what you're learning with the coach and the group (the sharing is optional for shy people, but is highly recommended!).

The lessons are the intellectual spine of the course. But all the transformation will be happening weekly through small practices. Listen to the lessons and work on small practices -- the heartbeat of the course.
