My name is Elena Mutonono, and I help online language teachers work more efficiently as they move away from exhausting 1:1 classes and overwork. I bring my strengths of organization and creativity to help you shape your business around your life and make complicated marketing and promotion tasks clear and manageable.
I've grown two accounts on Instagram and used them to build rapport and clientele that now buys courses, programs and joins my paid community. And I've done everything on my own terms, not obsessing over numbers but fostering connections and interest. If you enjoy Instagram and have tried to make it work without much progress, this course is for you.

Please note this course is not for brand-new Instagram babes. There will be no technical information on what to click to upload a photo, how to tag someone or how to create reels. There are plenty of basic videos on Youtube and if you've been on Instagram for some time there's a chance you can figure it out.

Audio lessons

All lessons are bite-sized and delivered via audio. Download them and listen while walking your dog, cleaning or doing laundry, cooking or relaxing on the couch. Not into listening? No problem! Each track comes with a script: download, print out, read and take notes in the margins!

Templates and worksheets


If you have a heavy teaching load it's hard to come up with "fun and exciting" ideas for your posts, stories and reels. I got you covered! I've generated a bank with over 100 ideas and templates that are ready to use! In the meantime, the worksheets will give you enough space to come up with your own ideas and strategies for the future. Once you begin posting using prompts, watch out: your ideas will start flowing, too!

Make your ideas a reality: jot them down in your own planner and set the deadline for publication. Draw your own grid on your sketch sheet and track your progress using the tracker. "I just created an account yesterday, will this work for me?"

This course is not for beginners. If you just signed up for Instagram, take some time to learn how to use the platform (post, tag, use hashtags, create simple reels, different types of stories). The course will work best for those who already know how to do the basic tech stuff on Instagram.

“What do I need to participate?”

You’ll need an Instagram account (duh!). It's a big plus if you have a business email account + an account with an email marketing software (Mailchimp/Mailerlite, etc) -- that will allow you to implement the action steps in the strategy section. If you don't have those yet, this may be something you will need to add while you're working on this course. It’s great if you have a website, but not a must.

“How much time do I need to invest into this course?”

You can pick your own pace. However, if you would like to complete the course in 5-6 weeks, you’ll need about 2.5 hours a week to go through the teaching materials and about half an hour a day to do the assignments. But since the assignments include posting on Instagram, those 30 minutes a day will be you actively growing your business.

“I already have an account. Will I have to start from scratch?”

You won’t need to start from scratch, of course. But you’ll probably have to change the direction and – depending on the number and quality of your followers – unsubscribe some of them.
We don’t recommend multiple Instagram accounts, because you’ll get burned out trying to grow them all at once long before you see any sales.

“What if my audience isn’t on Instagram?”

If your clients are busy professionals, then this course is indeed not for you. But if your clients love to travel or learn languages for pleasure they are most certainly on Instagram. In this course, you’ll learn how to find them and make them notice you.

“I already have many followers. Won’t this course be too basic for me?”

Are those followers also buying your courses like hot cakes? Then great. Don’t take this course.
But chances are, you’ve noticed that the number of followers doesn’t indicate a thriving business and, while your followers keep liking your posts, they aren’t buying your courses.
In this case, you’ll benefit from this course learning how you need to change your strategy on Instagram and how to convert your followers into paying clients.
